[LM_NET] Help needed from blog experts

I received a "comment" today on my latest blog post.  It came from
http://www.databasemanagementconsulting.com/

I have not approved the comment.  It appears to be some sort of
"automated" blog that simply posts things that it picks up via
technorati, probably based on certain key words.  At least that is what
i am surmising.  Each post starts out the same way, and then links to
the post it is "commenting" on.

Should I just delete these kind of automatic comments?  What is this
kind of blog all about?  Are there a lot of them out there?  Hopefully
someone can help me out with this.  I am really puzzled.  I am familiar
with 'spam' comments and just delete any of those that come along.  This
seems a little different - but might be an elaborate kind of spam.
