Help please from anyone who has been in this situation? The plan was that
they would gut and rebuild the library over the summer and get everything
moved back in. Well, that didn't happen. The gutting part is done and all
of my books are saran wrapped into the shelves and I cannot access them. I
will be starting the year in classrooms with no access to my books or
videos. I will be hitting the public library for books but mostly I need
suggestions for grades K-5. Most of my first of the year lessons were based
on library orientation or books that I can't get to, and some of them are
not at the public library so I need new ideas. And of course we start in a
week and a half. So if you have been in this situation or just have some
brilliant ideas I welcome them! Thanks in advance!
