[LM_NET] TARGET: Gifts and retirement party for language arts teacher

Dear collective brain,

A language arts teacher in our school is retiring, and I thought it would be nice 
to see fresh ideas for a retirement party and gifts. She is planning on travelling 
to Ireland and Spain, she likes to knit and hates to cook. Any books or other ideas 
that come to your mind? Thanks!
