[LM_NET] TARGET: heart transplant book title

One of the English teachers in my school is looking for the title of a
non fiction book about heart transplant recipients who experience the
memories of their deceased donors. One case discussed is about a child
who receives the heart of another child, who was murdered. The donor
recipient is able to provide enough information to help the find the
killer. She read about the book in a magazine and of course, the
magazine got thrown out. I would greatly appreciate any ideas.
