[LM_NET] Tar: middle school research

Does anyone have a list of sure fire, cut and paste free, research topics that 
would be good to use with 6th-8th grade students.  I have been out with the flu and 
this is my first day back. There is a department meeting this afternoon and I want 
to have some suggestions for my teachers.
