LM_NET Archive

Good morning,

I just realized that a bunch of email I wrote
weeks ago have been stuck in my outbox. GRRRR. I'm resending.

Debbie
---------------------------

In one of the messages below, there is reference
to Gerald McDermott. I think he's an example of
someone with good intentions, who actually gets
things wrong as he tells Native story. That's too
bad, especially given the award winning status of ARROW TO THE SUN.

You can read about problems with that book here:
http://americanindiansinchildrensliterature.blogspot.com/
There's a link in the "Don't miss" portion of my blog,
just under "Welcome to American Indians in Children's Literature."
