[LM_NET] Target: Email problem

Hello all:
 
I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose my mom's email problem.  It is not her 
computer.  They have hotmail and can send original emails.  However, when she goes 
to forward an email or reply to a received email, the other person only gets a 
blank response.  The hotmail response team has been of little help.  Any thoughts 
on what might be causing this?  Thanks for any help you can give me!  I'm stumped...
