[LM_NET] TAR: guiness world records binding

Dear list,
This is my 2nd year as a librarian in a public school and I am so frustrated
with the *Guiness World Records *books!  They cost around $30.00 a piece.
I've purchased several because the kids love them, but it never fails that
the binding falls completely off the book.  I glue them and try to keep them
circulating, but these books costs too much for this to happen!

Do others have this problem?  If so, are there any steps you take to remedy
the problem?

I am seriously considering not purchasing them anymore because of the
problem with the binding even though my kids love them.

Thanks in advance for any responses.  I will post a hit if there is
interest!
