[LM_NET] TECH: Flip Video Cameras software install

We had the 30 min ones and they worked great.  We bought 3 more 60 minute ones.  
They require that software be installed on the computer to use, unlike the 30 min.  
Since we are not administrators on the library computers this is a problem.  Just 
wanted to give a heads up on the change.  It is not mentioned on Flip's spec page.
