[LM_NET] Wanting to visit Long Beach Unified District Libraries

Hi, I am a teacher librarian in Australia who will be attending the IASL
Conference in August.  After the conference I will be travelling to Long
Beach, California. (I graduated from LB Poly HS and Washington JH) I would
like to visit some junior or senior high school libraries in the district on
Friday, the 8th.  Can any of you help me?  Will there be any schools open
then, or can any librarians meet up with me on that day? As we say in
Australia, we can have a cuppa together!
 
Hope to meet up with LM_Netters like I did in Hong Kong.  I will wear my
t-shirt at least one of the days!
