Hello all: There is a possibility that I may be transferring from a high school library to an elementary library. At this time I am the only certified librarian in our small district and aides run the other libraries. The basic program at the elementary library is for the aide to read to the kids or show a video and then they check out books. I would like to teach skills and do educational programs. Can anyone direct me to good books or websites or just give some good advice about running an elementary library? TIA I will post a hit if there is interest.
