[LM_NET] antarctica

Dear Esteemed LMS's~
A few weeks ago, I asked for ideas on pengin research with first graders.  I have 
since found out that it will be research on Antarctica because each first grader 
has completed a penguin research project at home.  Here's the lowdown...
4 higher level first graders will come to my library 4 times. The teacher wants 
them to delve deeper into Antarctica.  They have visited me once already and I did 
a KWL chart with them.  They browsed through the non-fiction Antarctica books I 
have and found 1 or 2 facts each.  They also went on Enchanted Learning and looked 
around on the Antarctica space.  I have 3 half hour meetings left with them~ and no 
idea what to do.  Many suggested doing computer related projects, but these kids 
are not technologically advanced in any way....I feel as though I would be doing 
the majority of that work and that is not what I am looking to do.  ANY ideas?
