My husband, 11 yr. old grandson and I listened to Three Weeks with my
Brother by Nicholas Sparks this past summer as we went on day drives It's a
great one. The book alternates between their years growing up and the
present trip around the world with lots of descriptions of the places they
are visiting like Easter Island, etc. My grandson was fascinated by how
they grew up and the family dynamics. Be warned, there is some sadness when
the younger sister dies and then again when the mother dies. But over all,
it was great and fascinating to listen to.
