[LM_NET] TARGET: Lexile Scores

I believe my first e-mail sent this way did not work, so I am trying this again. I 
am a second year media specialist, still learning! :) Our school
district puts a strong emphasis on lexile scores (as I'm sure many do!)
I am curious as to what ways elementary media specialists work with
their staff to aid students in finding books in their lexile range?
