Does anyone know what the rules are for NYC and where one can find them in writing.
We have a K-1 school in the building.

We have a dwarf rabbit. I found that he was not as odiferous as a guinea
pig. He uses a litter box - the cage is larger than a guinea pig cage. I
got the plans off the internet - three levels made of wire shelving cubes.
Our kids LOVE him. Our local newspaper held a fundraiser for newspapers in
education and our rabbit tied for first! He gets to be Mr. November and be
on the cover of the calendar (with a cow, the other winner!) The breeder
told me females are more shy than males so males are better for a school
situation. Email me if you have questions.
