[LM_NET] GEN: BOOK FAIR. Fund raiser for library or PTA?

I recently found about an issue that concerned me.  A new principal was approached 
by the PTA about holding the annual Book Fair.  In previous years, the library 
always hosted the book fair as a way to raise money for AR books and tests.  This 
year the library will receive none of the funds from the book fair.  Apparently, 
this situation has caused a lot of problems between all of the staff involved and I 
just wondered if anyone else has had a similar situation that they can comment on.
