[LM_NET] Help: Internet Explorer

I am wondering if there is a way to make internet explorer reopen if it is closed 
to bring the screen back to the card catalog. So, for example, if a student using 
our dedicated card catalog computer accidentally closes the window, it will 
immediately and automatically open back up to the card catalog (which is the only 
thing that runs on that computer).
