Do any of you have Amazon process your books that you order from them? If
so, have you found mistakes? I had 3 on my last order (out of 12). They had
labeled 2 non-fiction books as fiction. Then they labeled a fiction book
with the first 3 letters of the title. When I checked the MARC record they
had no author listed - which is just flat out wrong. The MARC record lists
the cataloging source as Amazon. So I am assuming I need to contact Amazon
about this, not MARCIVE. Is that correct?
I will use the handy website gethuman.com that I got from this list this
morning to contact them.
