The other day, when I opened up my home e-mail, what I saw in front of me in my in-box was not my e-mail! Later in the day, I received a phone call from someone in Buffalo, NY, saying that he opened up his in-box to find a letter that I had written to my daughter's g-mail account. Several hours later, when on-line again, posted at Verizon's opening page was a comment about "experiencing difficulties and making changes so we can serve our customers better." I have this person's phone # and e-mail address. I do not think I am his victim here. Things on-line seem to be back to normal now. But I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem (maybe it was on Tuesday?) and what, if anything you have learned about it. Did you contact Verizon? Do you even know HOW to contact them? If you have anything that might shed light on this peculiar situation, I would appreciate your response off the list. And, as always, thank you.
