We recently upgraded to the SRI Enterprise version - mainly because I was
told that Scholastic would soon stop providing support to the older version
that we had. After all the data from the old version was transferred to the
new version several classes had less points than they had on the last report
of the old version. Did this happen to anyone else that 'upgraded?' I tried
calling their tech support, and after pushing innumerable buttons as
requested by the voice mail and finally reaching a person he really had no
answers. He said maybe some of the quizzes had less points now - but I am
really hoping they did not change the point value of the books without
letting their subscribers know. He also said maybe some of the quizzes did
not transfer - which does not make much sense to me. So, I'm asking if
anyone else who uses Scholastic Reading Counts has had similar problems -
and what was the solution.

One other question about Enterprise - we used to acknowledge the students
who maintained an average of 80% or better on the quizzes they took each
week and earned at least as many points as their grade level. I can not
find a similar report on the Enterprise edition. I can pull up a list of
students who earned points - and it gives me their lexile level, their goal
- but not the percentage correct for the quizzes they took that week. I
could bring up each class and go through page after page of individual
student records...but I really prefer a list of the students who passed
quizzes that week with the number of points they earned and their average
quiz score. Has anyone found such a report in Enterprise?

Thank you to anyone who can provide some light on this new version.
