I have to agree with Aileen Kay. I am having a particularly tough year this year 
and am muddling through issues and challenges that I have not had to deal with 
until now. I have found LM_Netters to be very generous not only with their 
suggestions and ideas, but also with their encouragement. We are a wonderful 
community and I consider all of you an excellent resource.

One other thought. Often librarians are the only one of their kind on a campus and 
we have no other individual to whom we can vent our frustrations. We can't just 
walk across the hall to another 2nd grade teacher, or another teacher in our 
department, so we come to those who truly know the challenges - this list. I would 
trust that those who choose to vent to this community are met with understanding 
and encouragement.
