I tried to send the following to Katherine from my gmail account. It bounced
back so I'm sending to the entire list.

I think I would also list the things that YOU are able to accomplish because
she's covering the circulation desk and taking care of the things you've
listed. A LOT of her value comes in that she takes care of the mundane
things so you can concentrate on the professional activities that make you
valuable to your admins, teachers and students.
