[LM_NET] TECH: clock cursor

Sorry to not get back to you all sooner - my supervisor and I have tried to
figure out how to instruct others how to put the cursor we have on their
Follet Destiny websites, but it looks like the newer Destiny version might
not allow the java code to be embedded so it's not loading.  We aren't sure
why, but will keep working on it!
