The following message was sent to me this morning regarding an ILL we had sent to a 
middle school teacher. It leaves me wondering if it is the car, the teacher or the 
video that can no longer be used.

"Good morning.  I am returning a video to you that was checked out to Mrs ***.  She 
has run over the video with her car and can no longer be used.  Thanks!"
