Dear Infinitely Wise Information Specialists,

I am a middle school librarian in a beautiful new facility with a nice
new collection. The library is VERY BUSY, which was exactly my plan. I
think I am in a good position to request funding a library aide next
year. I keep track of how many classes are scheduled as well as
individual students that come with passes. Does anyone have advice
about how I can turn these daily tallies into convincing graphs and data
that would convince the superintendent to fund an aide position? I'd
like to be able to easily log numbers somewhere at the end of each day.

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas!
