[LM_NET] WI only Common School Fund question

Thank you to all who replied about buying a scanner with CSF. It is definately not 
allowed.

I have another question(s). I had asked teachers for suggestions on what resources 
they felt we could use in our HS library. I had one teacher come back with a huge 
list of things she thinks I should purchase. Some of them would be great, a lot of 
them seem to be "course specific" and I'm not sure if I would be able to justify 
the purchase. I would like some feedback so if I cannot buy these that it doesn't 
seem like I'm just being mean. 

The things I have questions about are resources that include teacher's guides, 
lesson plans, student study guides for the AP Psycholoy test and a student 
guide/answer key/instructions for a past AP Psychology test.

Again, I'm 99.9% sure these are not allowed but I would appreciate your input.
