[LM_NET] Looking for video title

Hello Great Collective Brain!

 

I have an English teacher who is looking for the following video.  It
sounds familiar to me, but I can't think of a title.  Does anyone out
there have any idea what this might be?  Thanks!  Here is the
description she sent me:

 

"It's about the teacher a long time ago who ran a social experiment in
the classroom, treating blue-eyed people and brown-eyed people
differently and giving them special privileges. It was to show how
Hitler was able to do what he did in Nazi Germany. I can't even remember
now if it was a PBS special or a news report or an actual movie."
