I personally go to the Internet Movie Database:
http://www.imdb.com/nowplaying/
You can see upcoming release information 8 months out, but you have to figure out
yourself which movies are based on books.
There is also http://www.comingsoon.net/movies.php that lists movie releases even
further out, including 2011 and 2012. I suppose many of those release dates will be
revised, but I'm not sure how important that is to you.

I have seen web sites and/or blogs where information about upcoming movies are
based on children's books. Not movies that have already been released but soon to
be released movies like The Lightning Thief, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs,
