For librarians in schools outside the US: would you have any comments or
observations about the role of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in the
country in which you are working? December 10-17 is Human Rights Week
internationally and you may be thinking about human rights, specifically child
rights in that country. I don't know if your viewpoint will be significantly
different if you are a native or someone from abroad working there. Do you have
books about child rights in your library? Is it a topic in your curriculum?

Thanks very much, in advance, for your help.

PS How did the press conference go in Sweden? Would you want to share what poetry
you ended up using?
