They did the same thing to me. It was the same person and it got to the point
where I recognized her voice without her even saying anything to me. Here's what
got them off my back:
I emailed them and told them that our policy states we do not accept preview boxes.
If they sent me any preview boxes, I would keep them and consider them a gift. No
payment would be sent. I also told this to the lady that kept calling. She got
really rude on me, but never called again....
