I've been digging on the internet trying to find info on this, then I
thought: There must be dog owning librarians in northern AK!

Here's my question: I've all but accepted a position at the
international school in Mongolia for next year. I've been watching
temperatures, and they go as low as -27. Yikes! Wind chill would make
that even colder, of course! Now, I can buy plenty of arctic gear and
scarves for myself, but no way I'd go without my dog. All the sites I
find on winter and dogs think 25 degrees is cold.

I know I can buy coats and booties for Addison (grin--I can't believe I'm
saying that), but what about his nose? Wouldn't it be too cold to take him
out?

Anyone have any experience with this? I am trying to email one of the
teachers there who has a dog, but she hasn't answered yet.

Thanks!
