Does your school system central office order books for alll your schools by grade level? For example, does someone in the central office order books for all the elementary schools, middle schools and high schools without your input? If so, I'd love to hear your opinions of this process. With the recession deepening I have become concerned that this will become more widespread. I am also interested in understanding how widespread this is within school systems.
