[LM_NET] Source for Educational CDs with public performance rights

Aloha!  I am looking for a source of CDs that come with public 
performance rights and that can be shown over our closed circuit 
broadcast system when requested by teachers or if I want to put a 
short blurb on in honor of the occasion -- for example, items with 
material applicable to Presidents' Day and Martin Luther King Day. 
I would be happy to post a hit.  Any suggestions?  Mahalo, Cheryl
