[LM_NET] TARGET: OT>Teen leadership conferences

I am the sponsor of our National Honor Society and have noticed that for the
past few years, leadership among this group of students is lacking. We are a
small rural school so we cannot afford "big bucks" for teen leadership
conferences. If anyone in the northern or central part of Louisiana or in
east Texas have any suggestions or know of anything near us, please contact
me. The attributes of NHS are scholarship, leadership, character, and
service, but most of these students are lacking in leadership and service.
(In the past, our group has participated in our town's RiverCity Fest,
UNICEF, our town's Mardi Gras parade, etc. I do have a lazy group and need
something to help inspire them.)
