[LM_NET] GEN: Sticky issue

We have a newly renovated building.  A proclomation was made that no tape 
could be used to hang posters, etc. on walls or lockers.  Because the wall 
is textured, painter's tape will not stick whatsoever. The few permanent 
bulletin boards we have are inadequate. Does anyone have an economical way 
for our student organizations to display posters and notices on walls & 
lockers?
