If you have a MAC computer there is an option to do all sorts of image
manipulations with the built in camera.

Subject: Tech: Distort Photos?
Is there a website where I could submit photos (of teachers) and distort the
photos? I have an idea for a bulletin board and it would be fun to do
something goofy like that. I had first thought of caricatures but did not
find a free site for that sort of thing. Of course, I have no money so free
is crucial. Thanks! I will post a hit if there is interest.
