I am retiring this year and my position is not being filled. We have had a full time LMS and a full time parapro here but my parapro will be on her own next year. I would like to continue to work on the library website,adding information and keeping the links up- to date, which I can do from home. I've approached administation about this and they say they might be interested but would like me to come to them with a proposal. To be honest I hadn't really gotten down to the nuts and bolts like hours and pay. Has anyone done this? Can you give me some idea of what would be reasonable to expect? Or can you suggest a place I can look for more information?
