I once had a copy of a book like that.  I called the company, they sent me a 
replacement - no extra charge - and told me to keep it. A student found it 
on the counter, and thought it was cool...so I kept it, made a dust cover 
for it and put it on the  shelf... Amazingly, the kids thought it was the 
neatest thing and I always had that copy checked out.
