[LM_NET] Online sign-up

Our administrators meet with all incoming 7th graders and their parents over
the summer.  They would like to be able to set up the appointments online
because there will not be adequate coverage of the office phones to make it
workable otherwise.  I know there must be some kind of calendar or Web 2.0
application that would allow them to set this up, but my mind is
end-of-the-year jello, and I'm not thinking of a good way to do this.  Could
anyone help me with any suggestions of how this online appointment sign-up
could be accomplished?  I appreciate any suggestions you might have.  Thank
You.
