[LM_NET] Read alike "Rangers Apprentice"

Good morning all:
        I am having summer hours in the library this year 
on Monday mornings and just had several kids come to me 
for something new to read.
        All of them have read "Rangers Apprentice" and 
loved them--can anyone think of similar "boy" books that 
they might like? They have also read the Anthony Horowitz 
Alex Rider books but didn't like them as well and now I am 
at a total loss.
