[LM_NET] problem

I am having the same problem I had at Christmas with signing off till fall. I have 
followed all instructions to sign off till fall and I receive the following e-mail:

> SIGNOFF TILL FALL
Invalid option - "FALL". The valid options are GLobal, LOCal and NETWIDE
(minimum abbreviations shown in upper case).

> Lucy McLeod
Unknown command - "LUCY". Try HELP.

> Librarian/Media Specialist
Unknown command - "LIBRARIAN". Try HELP.

> Bangor Area Middle School
Unknown command - "BANGOR". Try HELP.

> Bangor, PA
Unknown command - "BANGOR,". Try HELP.

> mcleodl@bangorsd.org 
Unknown command - "MCLEODL@BANGORSD.ORG". Try HELP.

I cannot get into HELP because my district blocks that website. Any suggestions?
