I've ordered through EBSCO (just two years ago when I was in the public
schools) and it IS a tedious process. In order to actually order the
magazines, you will first need to call the company and have them set-up an
account for you. They send you the information to access your account. Then
you will be able to add the magazines that you need.

The online system that they have for school librarians to order is *very
clunky and user-unfriendly* in my opinion. You would think that a company
that provides online databases could figure out how to create a
user-friendly website that would allow school librarians to create their own
accounts, add content, and THEN be contacted by the vendor as a follow-up
service. This method is very discouraging for those librarians who don't
have time to sit on a phone and provide information to the vendor BEFORE
they can create an order.

EBSCO....you can do better than this!
