[LM_NET] Job Opening Delaware

I am retiring this year from my elementary school job in Wilmington, 
Delaware. It was made 1/2 time last year and it appears to be the same for 
the upcoming year. There are several full and 1/2 time openings (two can be 
combined to make one full time) in our district (Red Clay Consolidated).
