[LM_NET] Tar: New Web 2.0 video tool

Greetings all,
Here is a new video application that is new, free registration and gaining
recognition called Tel.A.Vision.
It's very easy to import a video, minor editing, add transitions, title
page, effects, preview and save.
There is a premium edition ($40 per year) that has more of the above.

It's relatively new, unsophisticated and might grow into something more.
Until then, it's even elementary-kid friendly.
