We purchased Destiny last summer, so this is our first time doing
inventory. We do not have a Dolphin, but use a laptop set up. With the old
program, as you were doing inventory, it would stop and give you messages
re: book status-either lost since or can't read barcode. With Destiny, the
messages come up, but if you are not watching the screen, you can miss the
message and not take the appropriate action. I did call Destiny and they
suggested using Follett Remote which I downloaded and tried, but I'm not
getting the information about barcodes not being read or book missing. I
tessted it by scanning a book I know had a barcode that was unreadable. Am
I missing something? Can any one give me some guidance?
