One of our earth science teachers just came to me with this question. We remember the I Love Lucy episode where Lucy and Ethel are working on a candy assembly line and the candy starts to get ahead of them - they wind up trying to eat it, and laughter ensues. He/we also remember a similar sketch that takes place on a chocolate pie assembly line - the task is to put the pies in boxes, the pies get ahead of he them and wind up creating a huge pile on the floor. We thought that was also from I Love Lucy, but we couldn't find it. Then I began to wonder if it was Carol Burnett doing a spoof of the candy factory sketch, but could find anything through a YouTube or Google search. Does the pie sketch sound familiar to anyone else and if so, can you shed light on what it's from? (A link to the video would be great!) TIA, Paul *********************** Paul D.
