[LM_NET] TAR: publishing a student's journal

Hi friends,

My AP English IV teacher came up with a new assignment this year--journal responses 
to quotations--and she has an exceptional student whose journal she feels is worthy 
of publication.  I have no idea of where to point her, so I'm coming to you for 
help.  Any advice or companies to contact?
