You might be interested in how adminstrators look at social networking. Here is an
article my law firm published on a state-wide website for school administrators
looking at recent court decisions regarding social networking. Almost all of these
cases involved MySpace (because it came along first), but there isn't
much--legally--that would make Facebook any different. I'm sure there will be
Facebook cases eventually, too.
