[LM_NET] GEN: The ALA election polls are open...start your ballot today! Important links to make it easier

Hi, All,

I got my postcard from ALA last week with the
notification of the dates for the e-mail blast (Mar. 17-19)  with login
information, the "Call to Action" postcard from AASL in today's mail,
and my web ballot e-mail with election login info and now it's time to
do my research to vote wisely. President-Elect Cassandra Barnett and I
want to make it easier for you to raise your voice in ALA and AASL by
voting. We have 8700 possible votes and, if everyone voted, AASL would
have a LOUD voice for school library issues and concerns. 

The polls opened on St. Patrick's Day,
and close on April 24th. All voting is online--you can start your
ballot, save it and log in later to finish it. Take a look at the links
below and vote wisely and LOUDLY to support our issues.
