I have a 7th grader rereading the Fablehaven series for the 3rd time in
anticipation of the 4th book release today. He just realized the writing in the
front of the book is actually Brandon Mull's signature. Poor kid said his heart was
racing when he realized Brandon Mull had to have touched that book if it was
signed. I told him I got the book from Brandon Mull in person at BEA last summer.
He tried to convince me to sell him the book. He claims his mom would give me any
price I asked. I laughed so hard. He pre-ordered the new book online, and now is
afraid it may not arrive today.
When I told him I will go purchase Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary after school, he
begged me to call Border's to see if they had a delivery service.
